To find the list of preferred providers, please click on the links below.  The BlueChoice Provider Directory is the most expansive list of providers.  The BlueChoice Solutions Provider Directory is a smaller group of the first directory with some of the doctors not included.  Be sure to check the lists for your doctors when you are running the quotes.  The BlueChoice Solutions health insurance plans are usually less expensive, but the premium savings will not help you if your doctor is not on the smaller list.

Group Health Insurance

Here are a few simple guidelines that must be met.

1. At least 2 employees must be on the plan.
2. At least 75% of the eligible employees must participate in the plan.
3. At least 50% of the monthly health premium for the employee only (not including spouse’s or children’s portion of the premium) must be paid by the employer.
